Alam Son’s provides website design, graphic design, and digital marketing services. The details of the services, including scope, timelines, and costs, will be outlined in a separate agreement between Alam Son’s Offer and the client.
3. Payment Terms
Clients are required to adhere to the payment terms specified in the agreement. Payments must be made in a timely manner as outlined in the agreement. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in a suspension of services.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and design rights, arising from the provision of services by Alam Son’s shall remain the property of Alam Son’s until full payment has been received.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for the provision of services. Any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information will not be the responsibility of Alam Son’s.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the provision of services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Alam Son’s will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the provision of services.
9. Amendments
Alam Son’s reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
